Shipping & Returns
Our standard delivery orders are processed within 2 business days of your purchase and will arive 4 to 6 business days from the shipment date. Expedited deliveries will arrive within 3 business days of purchase. Express deliveries will arrive within 2 business days of purchase.
*Orders received after 5pm CT will be processed on the following day.

Alaska & Hawaii
We ship almost all of our items to Alaska and Hawaii except for larger furtniture. Wellness Baby will contact you in the case that we are not able to ship an item to you. You will not be responsible for any items that are not shipped.
International Shipping
We ship world wide.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Items ordered together may not always be shipped together. Your credit card will not be charged until an item is shipped. You will be notified by Wellness Baby if there is a delay in shipping.
Delivery & Installation Costs
If you live in the Dallas Metroplex, we offer a $35.00 installation fee to help install and set-up your baby furniture. Please contact us for more information.
Returns & Exchanges
We love our products and we hope you do too. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we want to make it simple for you to get exactly what you want. Here's how:
All returns may be made in our store or through the mail, whichever you prefer. New or unused, non-sale merchandise may be returned with your receipt up to 10 days from the purchase date for a full refund or a store credit. Merchandise returned without a receipt or after 10 days from the purchase date will be exchanged for a store credit only. Store credits will be issued at the lowest selling price. All gift returns will solely qualify for a store credit. Store credits may be used in our store or on our website at www.wellnessbabystore.com.
*A 20% restocking fee will be issued to all new and unused furniture and gear, unopened and in original packaging.
ALL SALE MERCHANDISE, HYGIENE PRODUCTS AND FLOOR MODELS ARE FINAL SALE.
For mail-in returns:
Please repack the item in its original packaging. Then write "return" at the bottom of the duplicate packing slip provided in the shipment and included with the returned items. Think about insuring the package in case its lost or damanged en route to our store. Wellness Baby Store is not responsible for items that do not arrive safely back to us.
